• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
• Final payment is due immediately after completion unless agreed otherwise.
• Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with UK law.
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a charge of up to 30% of the agreed price.

• Ensure clear and safe access to the work area.
• Inform us of any health hazards or site risks in advance.
• Remove or protect valuable items before service begins.
• SrEJ Ltd will not be liable for damage caused by pre-existing faults or poor structural conditions.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the specific job performed.
• If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours.
• We will aim to resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost where justified.
